Colour palate on walls with bold MAC signature Black, makes a bold statement that can be seen from the outside, luring the customers into the store.
The MAC store space is designed so consumers can quickly grab items and/or engage.
Design concept is simple with major three elements – back wall, Make-up counter, and display tables. Back walls are sleek, flexible and modular, enabling it to evolve along with consumer needs. Long display table, becomes a centre elements of store concept, which is huge flexible product display range.
Make up station, is where customer experience the product with an artist, on a bespoke chair and correct ambience with long mirrors, appropriate lighting.
Visual Merchandising is key, and well planned during the design stage itself.
Colour palate element with black panels, is planned above usable height, thus maximizing the available merchandise display volume in the store. Vertical element of colour panel and use of Mirrored panels into store design, gives the store a greater depth and a sense of continuation.
In addition, the store uses LED lighting and ENERGY STAR-certified displays to reduce energy consumption. Thus in developing the concept, both sustainability and individuality is well maintained.
From the moment a customer walks in front of a store to the time they decide to check out, smart design decisions make a significant difference in regards to whether you make a sale or not. Keeping this in mind, we made the Colour panels a focal point. Placed against a sleek black background, this makes a bold statement that can be seen from the outside, luring the customers into the store. All the visual branding has been strategically placed above usable height, thus maximizing the available merchandise display volume in the store.
Mirrored panels also give the store a greater depth and a sense of continuation. Using the right balance of branding and product placement, the MAC store design has managed to retain the brand personality within the physical reality of a brick-and-mortar store.
